Work with me, your holistic nutritionist, for an entire five months to achieve your health goals. We will complete an initial consultation, including a customized meal plan, dietary and lifestyle recommendations. We will then continue with a follow-up session every 3 weeks (for a total of 6 sessions) where we will review and revise recommendations as required. I will also provide you with 3 more complete, customized meal plans, for a total of 4 week-long plans that you will be able to mix and match. Payment plans available.
Begin with an initial assessment to review your health history, concerns, goals and daily lifestyle and dietary habits. I will provide you with a customized nutrition plan with recommended food, supplement, and lifestyle changes.
We will discuss your progress to ensure you are on the right track to health and vitality, modifying your program as needed. Follow-ups are also an opportunity to ask questions, prepare for challenging situations, learn about new tools, resources, or products, and feel supported.
